When building a new home, an interior designer is key. The earlier you can incorporate a detailed designer’s help, the better. Melanie works closely with architects and contractors to project manage and keep the schedule, budget, and aesthetics exactly where you want them. She provides finish, lighting, and hardware selections and schedules, as well as necessary drawings and elevations, furniture layouts and selections, and home styling.

Melanie uses computer aided drafting (CAD) to bring your vision and needs to life. Floor plans, material selection and samples, and furniture/mood boards will help you visualize the final product.
